I’m personally working on what ‘leadership’ I can do from the position I have in the office, and my private life. I am small, but my voice can echo.
- Wear the ‘Company Hat’, especially in a public setting
- Acknowledge and validate privately, then safely push for change
- ‘This is not the time for grandstanding’
- Demonstrate that you trust your team (people look to others for stability; be sure to provide it)
Do this in the face of all challenges mentioned throughout the post.
Remember to keep going, you’re doing great.
